Poco F5 Pro repair Vienna: WQHD screen, glass back and wireless charging

The Poco F5 Pro from 2023 is the premium model of the Poco line-up: a particularly sharp 6.67-inch AMOLED, a 5,160 mAh battery, 67-watt wired charging and, as the only Poco, wireless charging too, plus a glass back. Exactly this equipment determines the repairs that reach us: the back glass shatters in drops, the charging coil behind it has to be protected during the replacement, and the high-resolution screen is more expensive than on the smaller Poco models. Another typical symptom is a touchscreen that suddenly stops responding even though the glass is intact.

Poco F5 Pro screen replacement: from EUR 169

If the touch no longer responds, the picture shows green lines or stays black after a drop, we replace the complete screen unit from EUR 169. A touch failure without visible damage on the F5 Pro is often caused by a display cable that came loose; we check that in the diagnosis before a panel is ordered. The fingerprint sensor under the display is set up again with the new panel during the Poco F5 Pro screen replacement.

Poco F5 Pro battery replacement: EUR 79

If the battery drains fast, the phone gets hot while charging or the indicator jumps, the 5,160 mAh cell has reached its cycles. The battery replacement costs EUR 79 and takes one to two hours. Glass back and wireless charging

If the F5 Pro lands on its back, the glass tends to shatter into fine cracks that keep spreading. We replace the back glass for EUR 69, remove the remains cleanly and make sure the charging coil and the NFC area stay intact. If wireless charging no longer works after a drop, we check the coil in the diagnosis.

Charging port, camera and camera glass

If the Poco F5 Pro only charges slowly via cable or with the plug held in place, the USB-C port is dirty or worn out; cleaning EUR 20, replacement EUR 69. We replace the 64-megapixel camera with stabiliser for EUR 89 in case of blurry pictures, a shattered camera glass for EUR 19.90 per lens.

Is repairing the Poco F5 Pro worth it?

The Poco F5 Pro cost around EUR 500 new and is still fast enough for everything in 2026. A battery for EUR 79 or a screen from EUR 169 is much cheaper than a comparable new phone, and data, accounts and accessories are kept. Only with several damages at once do we work it out together beforehand.
