Behind Reparo stands Joseph — a technician with more than ten years of hands-on repair experience and a simple rule: every device gets the same care as if it were his own. How Reparo started
Reparo grew out of more than a decade in the smartphone repair trade. What began as a technical fascination turned into a real business — at one point with three Vienna locations: two on the Mariahilfer Straße and one at the Neuer Markt in the 1st district. Whoever wanted to repair a phone in Vienna usually found their way to us.
Over time, more and more companies started asking for help. Whole device fleets, regular service contracts, repeat repairs at scale. That demand kept growing — a sign that quality work spreads on its own. The shopfronts mattered less; the work came in bundled and predictable.
Then Joseph became a father. With a small daughter, priorities shift. The shops were closed and the workshop moved behind the scenes — leaner, more flexible, with the same workshop-grade quality kept intact for every single repair.
But the private customers were missed. The direct conversation, the relief on someone's face when they say: "Great, thank you — I almost lost those photos." That's exactly why Reparo exists in this form today.

Why no walk-in store?
Because in 2026 a walk-in store quietly adds cost without adding quality. Fixed opening hours, rent, less flexibility — and in the end the customer pays for that. With our pickup service we come to you in Vienna, or you mail the device in from anywhere in Austria. The repair itself is done with the same precision as ever, just without the detour across a counter.
