Pickup in the inner districts — short distances

The inner districts are reached especially quickly: 1st district, 2nd (Leopoldstadt), 3rd (Landstraße), 4th (Wieden), 5th (Margareten), 6th (Mariahilf), 7th (Neubau), 8th (Josefstadt), 9th (Alsergrund) and 15th (Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus). These belong to Zone A — pickup & delivery from EUR 14.90.

Pickup in the outer districts — no problem

We also offer pickup in the outer districts: 10th (Favoriten), 11th (Simmering), 12th (Meidling) and 20th (Brigittenau) also belong to Zone A — pickup & delivery from EUR 14.90. The western outer districts 13th (Hietzing), 14th (Penzing), 16th (Ottakring), 17th (Hernals), 18th (Währing) and 19th (Döbling) belong to Zone C — from EUR 18.90.

Donaustadt, Floridsdorf and Liesing

We also come far to the north and south: 21st (Floridsdorf), 22nd (Donaustadt) and 23rd (Liesing) — Zone B, pickup & delivery from EUR 17.90. If you are outside Vienna, our Austria-wide send-in service is available as well.

We pick up everything we also repair: iPhones of all generations (iPhone 15, 14, 13, 12 and older), the Samsung Galaxy S and A series, Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO, Google Pixel, Fairphone, OnePlus, Huawei and Honor, plus Nothing Phone. How much does pickup & delivery cost in Vienna?

Pickup & delivery costs depend on your Vienna district: Zone A (districts 1–12, 15 and 20) EUR 14.90, Zone B (districts 21–23) EUR 17.90, and Zone C (districts 13, 14, 16–19) EUR 18.90. The round trip — pickup and return delivery — is always included.

Which districts do you pick up from?

We come to all 23 Vienna districts — from 1010 Vienna to 1230 Vienna. That includes inner-city districts such as the 1st, 2nd and 7th, as well as outer districts like Donaustadt (22nd) and Liesing (23rd).

Do I need to be home when you pick up?

Yes, someone needs to be present for the pickup. We agree on a concrete time window with you — no hours of waiting. You can also ask another person to hand over the device for you.

How long does the repair take after pickup?

Many standard repairs — screen replacement, battery swap, charging port — take 30 to 90 minutes. More complex cases can take 1 to 2 business days. We let you know as soon as your device is ready.

Can I drop the device off instead of having it picked up?

Our workshop is not open for customer visits. You can send your device in by post or book our pickup service — both work across Vienna and all of Austria.

How does the return delivery work?

If you book pickup + return delivery, we bring your repaired device back to you once the repair is finished. We arrange a return time that fits your day.

Which devices do you repair?

We repair smartphones of all common brands: iPhone (every model from iPhone 6), Samsung Galaxy (S and A series), Xiaomi, Redmi, POCO, Google Pixel, Fairphone, OnePlus, Huawei, Honor and Nothing Phone. We also handle iPads, tablets and PlayStation 4 & 5.

What happens if the repair is not possible?

If a device cannot be repaired, you receive a diagnosis (EUR 25). If you decide to go ahead with the repair, the diagnosis fee is waived. We always inform you before starting any repair.

Is there a warranty on the repair?

Yes — every repair comes with a 6-month warranty covering parts and workmanship. If a fault related to the repair appears within that time, we fix it free of charge.

Can I send the device in by post if I am not in Vienna?

Yes. Besides the Vienna pickup service, we offer a send-in service for all of Austria. You post your device, we repair it and send it back. Ideal for customers outside Vienna.

How safe is my device during pickup and repair?

Your device is transported carefully and handled professionally at our workshop. We recommend creating a backup before handover — even though we do not touch your data on a standard repair such as screen or battery.

How do I book the pickup service?

You can book an appointment online at /en/book-appointment/ or call us on +43 677 62 80 14 26. When booking we confirm your district, device, defect and preferred time.

Is return delivery included in the price?

Yes — at Reparo return delivery is always included. You pay one all-in price per zone: Zone A EUR 14.90, Zone B EUR 17.90, Zone C EUR 18.90. We collect your device and bring it back to you after the repair.

Can I choose a specific pickup time?

Yes, you pick a preferred time when booking. We are available Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:30 and pick up within that window. Please allow some buffer in case traffic makes us a little earlier or later.

Do you also repair water damage?

Yes, we accept water damage too — including devices from the 22nd or 23rd district. Please do not send your device while it is still wet. Let it dry for at least 24 hours at room temperature. During the diagnosis we check the damage and give you an honest assessment.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment is handled online only: once your repair is complete, we email you a payment link that you settle securely with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Paying in cash or on site at pickup is not possible.
