Is there a warranty on the iPhone repair?
Yes, 6-month warranty on all repairs and installed replacement parts. The warranty covers material and workmanship defects. Excluded are damages caused by drops, water or improper handling after the repair. The warranty is valid Austria-wide.
Is it worth repairing or should I buy a new iPhone?
Rule of thumb: if the repair costs less than 50 % of the residual value, it pays off. Example: iPhone 12 with screen damage — repair €89, residual value about €300 → repair makes sense. iPhone 7 with multiple defects — repair €150, residual value €80 → new purchase is better. We test your iPhone for the reported defect as well as for hidden secondary damage. The diagnosis costs €25 – this fee is fully waived if you go ahead with the repair. You then receive a binding quote and decide whether you want the repair to proceed.
How does pickup and delivery in Vienna work?

What replacement parts do you use – original or aftermarket?
We use high-quality replacement parts – OEM-compatible or original parts depending on the model and availability. For iPhone 13 and newer we rely on panels that preserve True Tone. We tell you transparently before the repair which components will be used.
Will Face ID still work after a screen replacement?
Yes, with a proper replacement Face ID stays intact – provided the TrueDepth sensor at the top of the display frame is not damaged. We carefully release the flex cable and transplant the sensor onto the new screen. A poorly performed replacement can permanently disable Face ID.
What should I do if my iPhone won't start after water damage?
Switch it off immediately, do not charge, do not blow it dry – air pushes water deeper. Bring the device to us as quickly as possible. We clean the mainboard in an ultrasonic bath, replace corroded components and check battery and display. The earlier you act, the higher the chance of recovery.
What is the difference between an original and an aftermarket iPhone display?
Original OLED panels have better colour accuracy, True Tone support and a longer lifespan. Cheaper aftermarket replacement displays (TFT instead of OLED) are usually slightly dimmer, show worse colours and can fade after a few months. For iPhone 13 and newer we clearly recommend OEM panels.
