Send us a message

Fill in the form — we only need your email so we can write back. Everything else is optional but helps us help you faster. We answer in English by default; let us know if you prefer German.

Where to find the Reparo workshop

The workshop sits in Vienna's 2nd district (Leopoldstadt) at Dr.-Natterer-Gasse 4a/Top 57 — five minutes from UN City, close to the Donaukanal and the international expat hub around Praterstern. Note: the address is the receiving point for our pickup service and Austria-wide send-in parcels, not a walk-in shop.

Closest U-Bahn stops: Praterstern (U1/U2) and Vorgartenstraße (U1). Easy access for residents in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 20th districts via public transport — or we collect from your home anywhere in Vienna's 23 districts.

What to expect when you write us

We try to keep things simple: one person reads your message, one person answers it, and that person also does the actual repair. No ticket queues, no anonymous call centre, no "we'll get back to you next week." Below is the realistic timing depending on how you reach out.

Contacting Reparo — common questions

How quickly does Reparo reply to email enquiries?
Within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri). Weekend messages get a reply first thing Monday morning. If the request is urgent — water damage, phone won't turn on — call us directly instead of using the form.
Can I talk to Reparo in English?
Yes — Reparo is Vienna's English-speaking phone repair workshop. Every part of the customer experience runs in English: phone calls, emails, quotes, warranty receipts. Many UN City staff, OPEC delegates and Vienna International School families use us specifically for that reason.
What information should I include in my first message?
Device model (e.g. "iPhone 13 Pro" or "Samsung Galaxy S23"), what's broken (cracked screen, weak battery, water damage), when it happened, and whether the phone still turns on. The more detail, the more precise the price estimate we can give you over email.
Can I drop my phone off at the workshop in person?
No — there is no walk-in store. Reparo operates on a pickup model in Vienna (we collect from your home or office across all 23 districts) and a send-in model for the rest of Austria (ship by post, we repair, we return). This keeps overhead low and the price fair.
Do you charge for a quote or first contact?
No. Sending us an email, calling us or asking for a price estimate is completely free. Only the physical diagnosis (when we have the device in our hands) costs EUR 25 — and that fee is waived as soon as you confirm the repair.
Can someone call me back instead of writing email?
Yes. Put your phone number in the contact form and mention "call back" in the message. We'll ring you on a Vienna business day between 08:30 and 18:30. Mention if you have a preferred time window.
Where exactly is the Reparo workshop located in Vienna?
Dr.-Natterer-Gasse 4a/Top 57, 1020 Vienna (Leopoldstadt). Closest U-Bahn stops are Praterstern (U1/U2) and Vorgartenstraße (U1). Five minutes from UN City. Again — the address is for shipments and pickups, not for unscheduled walk-ins.
What are the opening hours?
Phone and email support: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:30. The workshop itself runs longer hours when we have express jobs to finish, but customer-facing communication happens within those business hours.
Do you accept enquiries from outside Vienna?
Yes — we work with customers across Austria via our send-in service: Salzburg, Graz, Linz, Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Bregenz and beyond. The contact form is the same. Mention your city so we can give you a clear shipping estimate.
Can companies and embassies set up a corporate account?
Yes. Reparo previously handled corporate device fleets for Austrian companies and works with international organisations, embassies and schools on a recurring basis. Mention "corporate" or "embassy" in your first message and we'll set up the right billing and discretion terms.
How do I attach photos of the broken phone?
The form is text-only by design (to keep it fast). For photos, reply to the confirmation email you receive after submitting — it comes from info@reparo-wien.at and accepts attachments up to around 20 MB. Photos of cracks, water damage or error screens speed up the quote.
What happens after I send the form?
You instantly get a confirmation email at the address you entered. Joseph then reviews the request, calls or emails back with a quote and the options (pickup in Vienna or send-in from elsewhere in Austria). No repair starts without your explicit go-ahead.
Is there a WhatsApp or messenger contact?
We deliberately keep it to email and phone — fewer channels, faster replies, cleaner records of every repair. If you prefer text-based contact, the form on this page or info@reparo-wien.at are the right starting points.
Can tourists with broken phones in Vienna still reach you?
Yes — tourists with cracked screens after a fall on the Stephansplatz or a Donaukanal night out are a regular thing. Call us, describe the model, and we'll arrange a same-day or next-day pickup at your hotel across all 23 Vienna districts. Repairs are typically done in 2–3 hours.
What languages besides English does Reparo handle?
German and English are the two operational languages. Most incoming calls and emails are handled in English by the same person who does the technical work, so nothing gets lost in translation between front desk and workshop bench.

Prefer talking over writing?

Call us — five minutes on the phone usually replaces ten emails. We'll tell you straight away whether we can fix your model, what it costs and how fast we can collect it.
