Yes. Customers across Austria can mail in their device. Diagnosis costs €25 — waived upon repair. You get a binding quote before anything is opened. Return shipping is insured and included in the quote.
Is there a warranty on the repair?
Yes — 6-month warranty on all parts and labour. If a problem with the repaired component occurs within this time, we look at it free of charge and fix it.
What happens if the repair isn't possible?
If after diagnosis we determine that a repair isn't sensible or technically possible, we'll tell you honestly — before anything is opened or modified. You decide whether to proceed.
Do you also repair water damage?
Yes — with one clear note: the earlier the device comes to us, the higher the chances of success. After water contact, do NOT switch on or charge. Corrosion processes begin immediately and increase sharply after 24–48 hours.
How much does a battery replacement cost?
Battery replacement costs between €49 and €89 for most smartphones. For newer flagships like iPhone 15 Pro or Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra the price is slightly higher. You'll find the exact price on your device's model page.
Can I drop by without an appointment?
Reparo is appointment-based — no walk-in service. With an appointment we ensure the right replacement part is in stock and you don't wait unnecessarily. Online booking takes under a minute, or call us.
What's the difference between aftermarket and original display?
Original Apple/Samsung displays have identical colour reproduction, brightness and touch response as the factory model. Aftermarket displays (high copy) are cheaper but may have minimal deviations in colour or touch quality. We advise you before the repair which option makes sense for your model.
Do you also repair tablets and iPads?
Yes — alongside smartphones we also repair iPads and selected Android tablets. Screen replacement, battery swap and charging port are the most common tablet repairs. Contact us directly with your model.
Is it worth repairing or should I buy a new phone?
