Yes. The back itself is Gorilla Glass Victus 2 — the same as on the S24 and S24+. But the titanium frame around it conducts heat more slowly than aluminium, so loosening the adhesive bond takes more time and a Ti-grade adhesive for the IP68 reseal. The swap costs more on the S24 Ultra (EUR 99) than on the glass-aluminium models in the series (EUR 89).

Yes — after every screen replacement we fully test the S Pen function, including pressure sensitivity and button response. Only once everything works do we return the device.

Screen and battery replacement take approx. 90 minutes, since the device has to be opened in a more involved way than the other models. Water damage takes 1–2 days.

After booking an appointment in the 22nd district, yes. Since Reparo does not run an open workshop, there are fixed drop-off slots that you book online. Without an appointment nobody is on site, so please reserve beforehand.

For a device of this class we recommend the original for EUR 329: the flat display with S Pen recognition then works exactly as from the factory. The aftermarket OLED part for EUR 169 also supports the S Pen, but reflects more outdoors and is a little dimmer at maximum brightness. Both options are covered by a 6-month warranty.

Yes. Neither the screen nor the battery replacement resets the S24 Ultra; your notes, photos and S Pen content stay. We recommend a backup before every handover. With water damage it depends on how badly the board is affected.

Almost always. The S24 Ultra was the most expensive model of the range, and a display from EUR 169 or a battery for EUR 99 costs far less than a replacement device of the same class. As long as the board is intact, you get back a device that will receive updates for years.

Switch it off immediately and do not charge it, even if it still seems to work. Water damage treatment starts from EUR 79 and includes opening, cleaning the board and checking the display, battery and S Pen unit. The earlier the device is with us, the fewer components have to be replaced.

The diagnostic check costs EUR 25 and is waived on repair. We check the complete S24 Ultra including S Pen and camera, tell you the findings and the fixed price, and only then do you decide. It is only paid if you do not have the repair done.

The battery costs EUR 99 on the S24 Ultra including fitting. The replacement takes 60 to 90 minutes, because the device has to be opened more carefully due to the titanium frame. Afterwards the Ultra lasts as long as on day one again.
