Pickup or mail-in
In Vienna we collect your Nord 3 directly. Outside Vienna you send it in by post – we confirm receipt and get back to you.
Camera diagnosis
Autofocus, OIS, exposure and all three cameras are tested separately. Diagnostic check 25 € – waived when you place the order.
Module replacement
The defective camera module is removed and replaced with a tested spare part. Camera glass and flex cable are inspected.
Test shots & return
After the repair we take photos with all three cameras and check OIS and video quality. Then your device comes back.

Which cameras does the OnePlus Nord 3 have?

What does OIS mean and why is it important?
OIS stands for optical image stabilisation – a mechanical mechanism inside the camera module that compensates for shake. This significantly improves video recordings and photos in poor light in particular. A faulty OIS leads to blurry, shaky shots.
My photos are blurry – is it the OIS?
Possibly. Blurry images despite a steady hand point to an OIS defect. But the autofocus or the camera module itself can also be affected. We clarify this as part of the diagnosis.
Can I send in the Nord 3 for camera repair?
Yes. By post to our workshop in Vienna. We get in touch after receipt, repair the camera and send your device back. You receive the exact address when booking the appointment.
Is there a pickup service for the Nord 3 in Vienna?
Yes. In Vienna we collect your device and bring it back to you after the repair. Simply book online or call us. The pickup is charged by zone from 7.90 €.
Can I drop by your workshop with my Nord 3 spontaneously?
No, we don't have an open customer area. Repairs are carried out exclusively via pickup service (Vienna) or mail-in. Please arrange an appointment in advance.
Is there a warranty on the camera repair?
Yes. 12 months warranty on the replaced camera module and the repair work. If problems arise within that period we take a look at it free of charge.
Are original camera modules fitted?
Original camera modules from OnePlus are not available on the open repair market. We use high-quality compatible modules that are tested for image quality, OIS function and compatibility.
What does the diagnosis cost if I don't order a repair?
A flat 25 €. If you decide on the repair after the diagnosis, this amount is fully credited to the repair price.
Can a drop damage all three cameras?
In most cases only one module or the camera glass is affected after a drop. We check all three lenses as part of the diagnosis and provide a transparent quote.

Yes. The Nord 3 is a newer device with several years of good runtime ahead of it. From 89 € you get the full camera quality with OIS back – significantly cheaper than a replacement device.
Do I lose photos through the camera repair?
No. With a camera replacement only the camera modules are swapped – your internal storage stays completely untouched. All saved photos and videos are still there after the repair.
What happens if the front camera is faulty too?
The 16 MP front camera is a separate module and can be replaced independently of the rear cameras. After the diagnosis we give you a concrete price for it.
