What does the diagnosis cost if I do not order a repair?
A flat 25 €. If you then order the repair, this amount is fully credited towards the 69 €.
Can moisture damage the Nord 4's charging port?
Yes. Moisture can corrode the port contacts. In case of liquid contact, we also check the mainboard for any corrosion damage as part of the diagnosis.
