When the Realme C36, C51 or C53 needs a new screen

Can I drop my C53 off in person for the screen swap?
No, we do not run a walk-in shop. Instead we collect your device in Vienna with the pickup service, or you send it in conveniently by post – both routes end with the fully repaired C53 back at your place.
How does the pickup service in Vienna work?
After booking we agree a time slot together. A courier picks up your C36, C51 or C53 from you, in the workshop we fit the new display unit and then deliver the device back to your home.

The device had water contact and the screen is acting up – water damage?
Since the C36, C51 and C53 have no water protection, moisture can affect both the screen and the board. Switch the device off immediately and do not charge it. During the diagnosis we clarify whether a plain screen swap is enough or the board also needs cleaning.
