No. We only work on the housing - mainboard, storage, SIM card and Samsung account are not disconnected. Photos, apps, Wi-Fi passwords and settings remain fully intact. We still recommend a Samsung Cloud backup before any repair (included, 5 minutes via the Samsung account settings).

We fit high-quality OEM back covers that match the original Samsung parts in colour, material and fit. Original service-pack parts are only available through authorised Samsung service centres.
