What is stick drift on the DualShock 4 and can it be fixed?

Can I send the DualShock 4 in by post?
Yes. Pack the controller well cushioned in a small parcel and send it to us from anywhere in Austria. In Vienna we also offer the pickup service – we collect the controller from you and bring it back repaired.
Will I lose saved profiles on the controller?
No. The DualShock 4 stores no profiles or game saves – those are on the PS4 hard drive. After the repair you simply re-pair the controller with the console and keep playing as usual.
