For a Xiaomi 12S Ultra we pay up to 210 EUR if it is flawless and complete, 165 EUR with light marks and 115 EUR with visible wear. An unopened phone with a broken display still brings 75 EUR. If you have the 512 GB version, you get 30 EUR more. On the 12S Ultra, money is lost mainly on the curved display glass, because it chips easily at the edges, and on the vegan-leather back when it starts to lift at the corners.
Import, Leica camera, vegan leather: what moves the price
Whether your 12S Ultra came through a dealer or you brought it back from China yourself makes no difference to the buyback. What counts is that everything a later owner will use works: the three Leica-tuned cameras, wired and wireless charging, the in-display fingerprint sensor and a clean picture without stripes.

China firmware and Xiaomi account: how to prepare it
Many 12S Ultra phones run the Chinese firmware, where the Xiaomi account is the main lock. Sign out of the Xiaomi account under Settings and switch off “Find device”. If you added Google services yourself, sign out of the Google account too. After that, back up your pictures and reset the phone to factory settings.
