For a Xiaomi 14T that is used but free of marks we pay 200 EUR, with light scratches 160 EUR and with clear wear 110 EUR. A never-opened 14T with a faulty display brings 70 EUR. With 512 GB you get 30 EUR more. On the 14T the price is pushed down mainly by scratches in the large display glass once the factory-fitted film is gone, and by knocks on the camera ring.
Screen protector cracked, display fine?
With the 14T we often see a cracked screen protector with the actual display underneath completely intact. That does not count as display damage: take the protector off before shipping, or leave it on and mention it in your request, and we rate what is underneath. We also check the three cameras, charging, the in-display fingerprint sensor and the speakers.
If the display itself is broken, we buy the 14T for 70 EUR. A weak battery or a dead camera does not lead to a refusal either, as long as the phone has not been open in a third-party shop.
Free shipping from every Austrian state
We only buy by post, and we pay the postage. Once you agree, the insured label arrives by email, and you hand in the 14T, well packed, at the post office. In Vienna we inspect the phone, you get the final price in writing, and around 48 hours after you accept the money is there by PayPal or bank transfer.
Three steps before the 14T goes into the box
First: make a backup, most easily through your Google account or the Xiaomi cloud. Second: sign out of the Xiaomi account in Settings so that “Find device” is off, and remove the Google account. Third: reset the 14T to factory settings and take out the SIM card. Without step two the phone stays locked and we cannot buy it.

160 EUR if the marks only show in the light. If scratches or dents are visible straight away, we pay 110 EUR. You can see which level fits from the pictures in the calculator.
Is there more money for the Xiaomi 14T with 512 GB?
Yes, 30 EUR more than for the 256 GB version. You choose the storage right at the start of the calculator, and it is also shown in Settings under “About phone”.
How much do I get for a broken Xiaomi 14T with a faulty display?
70 EUR if the phone has never been opened. If only the stuck-on screen protector is cracked, that does not count as display damage, and we rate the display underneath.
Should I peel the film off my Xiaomi 14T before selling?
You do not have to, it protects the phone in transit. We take it off during the inspection to judge the display underneath. If the film is scratched, that does not count against you.
How do you rate the battery on the Xiaomi 14T?
You enter one of three levels in the calculator: above 85, 80 to 85 or below 80 percent. Only the lowest brings a noticeable deduction. During the inspection we measure the capacity ourselves.
