What sets the price of an iPad 9
On the iPad 9 the glass sits as a separate pane in front of the screen. A crack in it is obvious, and however small it is, we treat broken glass like any functional fault, at the faulty price from 40 €. Scratches on the aluminium back only cost one condition level. If your iPad has a SIM tray, it is the cellular version, worth 25 € more in like-new condition, and 100 € more with 256 GB. With wear or a fault, that premium shrinks in the same proportion as the base price.
As for the battery: an iPad 9 that simply lasts less than it used to after a few years is normal, our technician sees that during the inspection. Reset your iPad 9 and remove your Apple Account
First back up your photos and documents to iCloud or a computer. Then tap your name in Settings, open Find My and switch off Find My iPad. Further down, tap Sign Out to remove your Apple Account. Finally choose General › Transfer or Reset iPad › Erase All Content and Settings. Only then is Activation Lock removed. Apple also explains the steps on its own support page.

Yes. An iPad 9 with cellular and 64 GB brings 25 € more than the Wi-Fi version, so up to 155 € in like-new condition. With 256 GB and cellular it is up to 230 €. You can recognise the cellular version by the SIM tray on the side of the case.
Can I sell an iPad 9 with cracked glass?
