A Pixel battery replacement takes around 45–60 minutes. The Pixel 4a is one of the most common models — the swap is well documented and quick. Newer glued constructions take a little longer.

Yes. You can mail your Google Pixel to us from anywhere in Austria. We inspect it, send you a quote, and after your approval we repair and return it. Return shipping is included in the quote.

Tensor is Google's own processor, used from Pixel 6 onwards. The chip itself doesn't make repairs more expensive — but the OLED panel with the integrated under-display fingerprint sensor is more demanding. Low-grade replacement screens often kill that sensor. That's why we only fit verified panels.

Yes — when the right replacement panel is used. The optical fingerprint sensor on Pixel 6, 7, 8 and 9 sits inside the display. We use panels that are compatible with the sensor and test the function before handing the device back. Cheap panels often break this feature — not an issue with us.

In most cases yes. Blurry Pixel shots can come from cracked camera glass, a dusty module or a damaged lens carrier. We diagnose first and tell you whether a glass swap or the entire camera module is needed. Magic Eraser and Best Take usually return to normal after the fix.

Manufacturer warranty from Google lapses on third-party repair — true for any workshop. Since Google has no official repair centres in Austria, the Google warranty is hard to claim from here anyway. Reparo gives 6 months of its own warranty on every repair instead.

The most-brought-in models are Pixel 6a, Pixel 7a and Pixel 4a — affordable mid-range phones where repair clearly beats replacement. Among flagships we see Pixel 8 and Pixel 9 Pro with broken displays a lot. The Pixel Fold is rare but we handle it too.

Depends on the extent of the damage. Pixel 6 and later have IP67 — they survive a quick splash. Longer water contact or deep submersion means we need to open and inspect. Diagnosis €25 — waived upon repair. Don't wait: mainboard corrosion gets worse with time.

Yes, we accept Pixel Fold and Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Foldables are mechanically more complex — the inner display and hinge structure require more time and care. Please call us first so we can confirm part availability and time needed.

Google uses high-grade OLED panels with integrated sensors in the Pixel 6 to 10 generation. These panels cost more to source and fewer suppliers ship compatible parts. The fitting work is also harder due to the glue. The higher price reflects both material value and labour.
