The P40 Pro 5x optical periscope uses a 12 MP sensor and an angled prism setup to fit a long focal length into a thin phone body. Combined with the 50 MP RYYB SuperSensing main, 40 MP Cine Ultra Wide and ToF depth sensor, that gives the Leica quad layout. We replace the entire quad-camera assembly as one unit for EUR 109 — individual periscope-module replacement is technically possible but rarely cost-effective compared to a full module swap.

Switch it off immediately and do not try to charge it. Bring or send it to us within 24 hours: diagnosis EUR 49, then we clean the logic board under a microscope and stabilise corrosion. The P40 Pro is IP68 rated to 1.5 m, but the seal degrades with age and does not cover salt water or chlorine. The first 24 hours are critical.
