How to get your Pixel 10 ready for sale
If you have moved to a new Pixel, your data has usually been transferred already. Even so: remove the Google account in Settings, then reset the Pixel 10 to factory settings. If the account stays on, theft protection locks the phone and we cannot take it over. Take out the SIM card; an eSIM is deleted during the reset.

Can I sell a broken Pixel 10 with a faulty display?

Then we send it back to you and charge 10 € for return shipping. Sending it in stays free. If you stated the condition and damage correctly, it usually stays at the estimated amount.
How do I remove my Google account from the Pixel 10?
Open Settings › Passwords & accounts, tap the Google account and choose “Remove account”. Then erase all data under System › Reset options. After that the Pixel 10 is free.
