Yes. The 15 Pro Max barely scrapes into the Apple Intelligence supported list — A17 Pro chip with 8 GB of RAM hits the minimum bar exactly. Writing Tools, Image Playground, Siri with ChatGPT and most other AI features work, though performance is meaningfully slower than on a 16 Pro Max or 17 Pro. We don't touch the logic board on standard repairs, so AI capability stays intact.
Face ID after a screen swap — will it survive?
Yes, with proper sensor transfer. We carefully release the TrueDepth flex assembly from your old display and transplant the entire array onto the new screen. No re-enrolment needed. Dynamic Island, Always-On Display and True Tone all stay enabled. If the TrueDepth dot projector itself is broken, that's an Apple-only fix because of hardware pairing.
15 Pro Max boot loop or stuck on Apple logo — software fix?
Force restart first: tap Volume Up, tap Volume Down, hold the Side button until the Apple logo reappears. If it loops back, the next step is DFU mode and a clean iOS reinstall via Finder or iTunes. Action Button stopped clicking — can you fix it?
The Action Button debuted on the 15 Pro line in 2023 — the 15 Pro Max was the first phone where Apple replaced the Ring/Silent switch with this haptic button. Replacement is €79 fitted, includes the complete flex cable and dust gasket. Note: the 15 Pro Max does NOT have the Camera Control button — that didn't arrive until the 16 series.
