My camera takes blurry photos – what causes that?
Blurry shots can be caused by a defective autofocus, a damaged camera module or a cracked camera glass. Sometimes a software fault alone is the cause – we check this as part of the diagnosis.
The camera app keeps crashing – is that a hardware defect?
Not necessarily. App crashes can have software causes. As part of the diagnosis we check whether the camera module itself is defective or whether a software problem is the cause. We also fix software faults where possible.
Can I send the Nord 2 in by post?
Yes. You simply send your device by post to our workshop in Vienna. We confirm receipt, repair the camera and send the device back. You receive the address when booking the appointment.

Yes. In Vienna we pick up your OnePlus Nord 2. You book an appointment, we come to you – and bring your device back after the repair. No effort on your part.
Can I just walk into the workshop with my device?
No, we have no entrance for walk-in customers. Repairs take place exclusively via pickup service in Vienna or via send-in from the rest of Austria. Please get in touch in advance by phone or through the booking form.
Is there a warranty on the camera repair?
Yes. We give a 12-month warranty on the replaced camera module and the repair work. If a fault appears on the repaired part within this period, it is fixed free of charge.
Are original camera modules or third-party parts used?
We use high-quality compatible camera modules from reliable suppliers. Originals from OnePlus are not available on the open repair market. The modules used are tested for image quality and compatibility.
What does the diagnosis cost if I don't commission a repair?
The diagnosis costs a flat 25 €. If you then decide on the repair, this amount is credited directly to the repair price – you only pay the difference.
Can a fall damage all three cameras at once?
That is rare, but possible. Usually after a fall only the camera glass or a single module is affected. We check all three lenses as part of the diagnosis and give you a transparent quote.
Is the camera repair on the Nord 2 still worth it?

What happens if the front camera is also defective?

Will I lose photos on the device through the repair?
No. During the camera repair only the camera module and associated components are replaced – your internal storage remains completely untouched. Nevertheless, we recommend a backup beforehand via Google Photos or the internal backup service.
