The diagnostic check costs a flat 25 EUR. If you decide against a repair after the diagnostic check, you pay this amount. If you decide on the repair, it is credited in full.
Can moisture damage the charging port?
Yes. Moisture or liquid ingress can corrode the charging port contacts. If a water damage is suspected, we also check the board and surrounding components as part of the diagnostic check.
Is the charging port repair worth it on the Nord 2?
Yes. For 69 € you keep a fully functional device – without data loss or getting used to a new one. A used replacement device costs considerably more. As long as the rest of the Nord 2 works, the repair is the smart choice.
