Oppo Find X7 — what we see most often on the device
For many people the Find X7 is the secret photo star of 2024 — Hasselblad colour tuning, four cameras with up to 6x optical zoom and a 1.5K LTPO panel that stays bright enough even outdoors. The MediaTek Dimensity 9300 delivers plenty of processing power — but it also draws a fair amount of current under load. Anyone who shoots a lot in 4K or plays graphically demanding games notices the first capacity loss after about a year. Classic symptom: the device shuts off unexpectedly at 20 % or the runtime halves. A battery swap costs 89 EUR and takes just under 45 minutes.
Hasselblad camera: when the cover glass gets scratched
The cameras themselves are usually nearly indestructible — but the cover glass above them is a wear part. Micro-scratches from a keyring in your pocket are enough to make photos look muddy in backlight. Swapping just the glass is cheaper than a full camera unit and takes less than an hour.
Straight talk — the Find X7 was never officially launched in Europe. Spare parts come via Asian channels, which means delivery times of 3–5 working days. On the call we tell you honestly whether your part is in stock or has to be ordered.
Original or aftermarket — what makes sense for the Find X7?
With a model that was never officially sold in Europe there is a special case: genuine Oppo original parts are rare and expensive. For the Find X7 we mostly fit high-quality OLED aftermarket parts — tested for colour fidelity, touch response and brightness. For 95 % of our customers the difference from the original is not visible. You still get a 6-month warranty on the installed part.
We order original parts on request — then the price rises by around 60–100 EUR and the delivery time extends to up to 10 working days. If you use your Find X7 professionally as a camera and need the highest colour accuracy, that makes sense. Otherwise aftermarket is perfectly sufficient.
Pickup service and send-in — how does the device reach us?
In Vienna our courier sends you an appointment and collects the device at your door — no entering a shop, no crowd. Outside Vienna you pack it securely in bubble wrap, we email you a shipping label and you drop it at the nearest post office. Insured return shipping is included in the price.

Does the Find X7 have an IP rating?
IP65 — protected against water jets, but not against immersion. For full waterproofing you would have needed the Find X7 Ultra. In case of water damage: switch off immediately and call us.

Will I lose my data with a screen replacement?
No. With a screen or battery swap we only open the housing — the storage stays untouched. A backup is still recommended in case a second fault unexpectedly turns up.
Does everything still work after the repair — fingerprint, Hasselblad mode?
Yes. The in-display fingerprint sensor is professionally recalibrated by us. Hasselblad features are purely software-side — after reassembly everything runs as before.
What is the difference between original and aftermarket for the display?
Original: Oppo-logo panel, identical factory colour calibration, top quality — and a higher price. Aftermarket: identical part from third-party makers, visually and functionally equivalent in 95 % of cases — cheaper and faster to get.
How much is the diagnostic check for the Oppo Find X7?
No — the diagnosis costs 25 EUR. But: this amount is waived entirely as soon as you place the repair order with us. An honest return for a serious fault analysis.
Is repairing the Find X7 worth it at all?
A new price in Europe is hard to find — import prices are around 800–1,000 EUR. A 249 EUR screen replacement or an 89 EUR battery swap easily pays off, and you keep your data, accounts and apps.
What should I do in case of water damage?
Switch the device off immediately — do not turn it on to check whether it still works. Do not charge it, do not put it in rice. Call us straight away. The faster we clean the board with ultrasound, the higher the chance of full recovery.
Will 120 W fast charging still work after the repair?
Yes — provided the battery itself and the charging port are intact. With a battery swap we make sure a SUPERVOOC cell is fitted, not a standard cell with reduced output.
