Prices start at EUR 69 and depend on your model. The Galaxy A series is between EUR 69 and 109 depending on the device, the Galaxy S24 costs EUR 89, the S25 EUR 99. The Z Flip6 is EUR 89, for Z Fold models the price is confirmed after the diagnostic check. All prices are fixed – no surprises.

Included are the new battery cell, removal and refitting, a final function test and a 6-month warranty on part and labour. The diagnostic check (25 EUR) is waived as soon as you place the repair order.

On most Galaxy models – A series and S series – the battery swap takes around 2 hours. On foldables such as the Z Flip or Z Fold it can take a little longer because the housing is more complex to reassemble. After pickup you get a message with the exact time frame.

No. A plain battery swap does not delete any data. Your photos, apps, contacts and settings remain fully intact. We still recommend a backup beforehand – generally a good habit before a device changes hands.

Yes – 6 months on the fitted battery cell and the work carried out. Should the new battery show a defect within this period that is due to the repair, we fix it free of charge. The warranty applies to all Samsung models we repair.
