No. We only work on the housing - mainboard, storage, SIM card and Samsung account are not disconnected. Photos, apps, Wi-Fi passwords and settings stay fully intact. We still recommend a Samsung Cloud backup before every repair (included, 5 minutes via the Samsung account settings).
