Broken iPhone 15? Still worth sending in
A cracked screen, shattered back glass or an iPhone 15 that no longer charges through its USB-C port is no reason for us to say no. As long as no third-party shop has opened it, we pay from 80 € even in faulty condition. For comparison: refurbed does not accept a phone with a cracked display, and MediaMarkt pays the full price only when the display is unbroken.

Sign out and reset your iPhone 15
Back up first, to iCloud or a computer. Then tap your name in Settings, open Find My and switch off Find My iPhone. Finally go to General › Transfer or Reset iPhone and erase all content and settings. Only then is Activation Lock removed; we cannot buy an iPhone 15 that is still locked to an Apple Account.
