Sell a Pixel 9 with a broken display or a cracked back
A cracked back, a shattered display or a fingerprint sensor that no longer recognises you: you still get an offer for a Pixel 9 with that kind of damage, provided it has never been opened. Back up your data and release the Pixel 9
If you are moving to a new Pixel, transfer everything by cable or Wi-Fi straight during setup. Then remove the Google account on the Pixel 9 and reset it to factory settings. If the account stays on it, theft protection locks the phone and we cannot buy it.

What do I get for a Pixel 9 with a cracked back?
A crack in the back glass is deducted less than a broken display, because the Pixel 9 stays fully usable. You enter it separately in the calculator. If the back is shattered across a large area, the value is closer to the 135 € tier.
Can I sell a broken Pixel 9 with a faulty display?
Yes, if it has never been opened. With a broken display we pay 135 €. If the display stays black or the Pixel 9 no longer starts, the value starts from 75 €.
How much does a weak battery lower the Pixel 9 resale value?
Below 80 percent capacity the Pixel 9 lands in the 135 € tier, between 80 and 85 percent we deduct only a little. The Pixel 9 shows its battery health in the settings under Battery.

How do I remove the Google account from the Pixel 9?
Go to Settings › Passwords, passkeys & accounts, choose your Google account and tap “Remove account”. Then fully reset the Pixel 9 under System › Reset options.

Yes, with a deduction. State whether the Google service or another shop replaced the display. Original parts lower the price less. The “faulty from 75 €” tier only applies to an unopened Pixel 9.
When should I sell my Pixel 9?
Ideally as soon as you no longer need it. A new Pixel comes out every August, and after that the price of the Pixel 9 drops noticeably. The seven years of updates until 2031 slow the loss of value but do not stop it.
