What matters when you trade in an iPad 10
Glass: a crack in the front glass, even just in one corner, counts as broken glass, and then the faulty price from 70 € applies. Case: the coloured backs in blue, pink or yellow show scuffs more clearly than silver, which can quickly cost a condition level. Cellular: if your iPad shows a Mobile Data entry in Settings, it is the cellular version and brings 20 € more when like new, or 85 € more with 256 GB. With signs of use or as a faulty unit, that extra gets proportionally smaller.
Battery and port: if the iPad 10 no longer lasts as long as it did at first, that is normal ageing. If it only starts on the cable or the USB-C port no longer charges, it is faulty. The Magic Keyboard Folio and Apple Pencil do not add to the price, so you can sell them separately.

Before shipping: sign out and erase your iPad 10
Make a backup first so your photos, notes and school files are not lost. In Settings, tap your name at the top, go to Find My and switch off Find My iPad. Then sign out of your Apple Account at the very bottom. Under General › Transfer or Reset iPad, erase all content and settings. Remove the Apple Pencil in the Bluetooth settings. Does a weak battery lower the price of my iPad 10?
