What makes an iPad Air 5 worth less
Glass: a crack in the laminated display is broken glass, and then the faulty price from 85 € applies. Surface: anyone who draws a lot with the Apple Pencil often has fine abrasion marks on the glass, which count as wear. Case: the coloured backs in blue, purple or pink show scuffs clearly. Cellular: we value the cellular version of the Air 5 the same as the Wi-Fi version.
We check the battery of the Air 5 for function. A battery that lasts less costs nothing extra, a device that only runs on the charger counts as faulty. The Magic Keyboard and 2nd-generation Apple Pencil do not add a bonus.

First save drawings, notes and photos. Many apps such as Procreate store files locally, so export them beforehand. Then tap your name in Settings, open Find My and switch off Find My iPad, then Sign Out. Unpair the Apple Pencil under Bluetooth. Finally General › Transfer or Reset iPad › Erase All Content and Settings. Apple also shows the steps on its support page.

No. For the iPad Air 5 we value the cellular version the same as the Wi-Fi version, because the difference at resale is too small. Storage and condition are what count. Remember to take out the SIM card or erase the eSIM before shipping.
Can I sell a faulty iPad Air 5?
