Yes. When replacing the display, battery, back cover or charging port the storage of the S22 is not touched – you get the device back with all data, without a reset. Only after water damage with board damage can we make no promise. A backup via Smart Switch before handing it over takes a few minutes.

25 € – and only if you decide against the repair after the findings; with an order the amount is waived. The diagnostic check makes sense if the S22 shows several symptoms after a drop or no longer starts. With a clearly broken display the fixed price is set even without a diagnostic check.

79 €. It is due when the S22 no longer gets through the day, suddenly shuts down at 20 % or the battery visibly swells – then please stop charging it. After the swap we check capacity and charging behaviour before the device goes back.

First test the cable and charger on another device. If the S22 only charges in a certain cable position or charging keeps breaking off, the USB-C port is usually worn out or dirty. The charging port replacement costs 69 €; if it is just dust in the port, a cleaning for 25 € is often enough.
