What each OnePlus is worth: the price scale
The amounts on the cards apply to a like-new phone in the smallest storage version. With light signs of use we pay about 82 to 85 percent of that for a OnePlus, with clear scratches around 62 to 65 percent. A faulty, never-opened OnePlus 12 starts from 75 €, a faulty OnePlus 15 from 130 €. After the model itself, the display matters most: the curved screens of the number series crack more easily at the edges than the flat Nord displays.

How much does the battery of my OnePlus matter for the price?
From 85 percent battery capacity there is no deduction. Between 80 and 85 percent we deduct a little, below that clearly more. Newer OnePlus models show battery health in the battery settings, on older ones we measure it in the workshop.
Is sending in my OnePlus really free?
Yes. You get the insured shipping label from us and pay nothing at the post office, whether you live in Vienna, Tyrol or Carinthia. Costs only arise if you decline the inspected offer.
What does it cost if I want my OnePlus back after the inspection?
We charge 10 € for return shipping. That only happens if you do not accept the inspected final price. If your answers in the calculator are accurate, it usually stays at the estimate.
What do I need to do before I sell my OnePlus?
Make a backup, remove your Google account and any OnePlus account, then reset to factory settings and take out the SIM card. We cannot buy a phone with active Google theft protection.
