Wiping the N30: mind the order
Save everything you want to keep in a backup. Take out the microSD card if there is one. Then sign out of your Google account in Settings and only afterwards reset the N30 to factory settings. A phone reset with an account still signed in asks for your password on the next start, and then we cannot buy it.
