What trade-in value does a Fairphone 3+ with a scratched housing get?
Scratches on the back cover or frame that you barely notice day to day count as light marks, so it stays at 60 €. If they are deep or the back cover is broken, the Fairphone 3+ gets less.
Do you still take a Fairphone 3+ with a faulty display?
Yes. A cracked or flickering display puts the Fairphone 3+ at 40 €. If nothing works any more and the phone has never been opened, we still pay 20 €.
How much more do you pay for a Fairphone 3+ with more storage?
Nothing, because the Fairphone 3+ only came with 64 GB. Any extra space came from a microSD card, which does not count as part of the phone and stays with you. The calculator therefore shows only the 64 GB option.
Does an old battery lower the price for my Fairphone 3+?
Yes, a battery that no longer gets through the day puts the Fairphone 3+ in the 40 € tier. If you have already fitted a new original battery, say so in the calculator.
