Fine scratches that do not disturb the picture count as signs of use, so it stays at 50 €. Deep scratches or a crack in the glass put the Fairphone 3 in the 30 € tier.
Can I sell a broken Fairphone 3 with a faulty display?
Yes. With a cracked display we pay 30 €, even if the touchscreen no longer responds. If the Fairphone 3 does not start at all, it is 15 €, as long as it has never been opened.
Does more storage mean more money for a Fairphone 3?
No. The Fairphone 3 was only sold with 64 GB, so the calculator lists just that option. Extra space always came from a microSD card, and that is not part of the trade-in; you keep it.
