Galaxy A55 without "5G" in the name: is it a different model?
No. The Galaxy A55 only exists as a 5G device with model number SM-A556B. Many simply call it the A55; invoice and box usually say "Galaxy A55 5G". Under Settings › About phone you find the model number and storage size. That is all you need to know about the version; the price depends on storage and condition.

Before the sale: sign out and wipe the A55
First back up everything you want to keep. Then remove the Google account and the Samsung account under Settings › Accounts and backup.
