Samsung trade-in or selling to Reparo?
Samsung's trade-in in Austria only pays for your old phone if you buy a new promotional device in the Samsung online shop at the same time. You send the old device to the partner Foxway within 21 days of the purchase, and the money reaches your bank account one to two weeks later. For cracked glass or a broken display you get half of the trade-in bonus. At Reparo you sell without a new purchase and have the money about 48 hours after the inspection.

FE and A models start lower; a Galaxy A56 brings up to 100 EUR. Within one model, display, back glass, battery and, on the Ultras, the S Pen decide. With light marks we pay about 82 percent of the top value, with clear marks about 62 percent.

Three things: back up your data, for example with Smart Switch, sign out of your Samsung and Google accounts under Settings › Accounts and backup, and then reset the phone to factory settings. The Galaxy S26 Ultra, with up to 480 EUR for 256 GB, up to 525 EUR for 512 GB and up to 735 EUR for 1 TB. It is followed by the S26+ at up to 420 EUR and the S25 Ultra at up to 405 EUR. Older A models like the A60 still bring up to 45 EUR.
Is the Samsung value shown already the final price?
No, it is a non-binding estimate. We confirm the final price once your Galaxy has been inspected in our Vienna workshop. If the condition does not match your details, you get an adjusted offer in advance and decide yourself.

Do you buy Samsung phones from all over Austria?
Yes. The workshop is in Vienna, but the trade-in runs Austria-wide by post, whether from Graz, Linz, Salzburg, Innsbruck or Klagenfurt. The price is the same everywhere.
Do I have to remove my Samsung account before selling?
Yes, and your Google account as well. If an account stays on the phone, the Galaxy may be locked after the reset, and then we cannot buy it. You remove both under Settings › Accounts and backup.
Can I drop off my Samsung in person in Vienna?
No, we handle trade-ins by post only, within Vienna too. The free label comes by email, and you hand in the parcel at the nearest post office.
