Samsung Galaxy A04 Repair Vienna

Two repairs on the Galaxy A04 have a fixed price: EUR 99 for an original Samsung screen and EUR 49 for a new battery. Fitting, function test and a six-month warranty are included in each. Other damage we assess after an inspection.

You pay EUR 99 for the original Samsung screen including fitting. Because glass and LCD are glued together on the A04, we always replace the whole front and then test every corner of the touchscreen. More on the A04 screen replacement page.

No. The A04 is unlocked by PIN, pattern or face recognition. For the repair that is even an advantage: after a screen replacement there is no sensor that needs to be set up again.

Often it is a deeply discharged or worn battery, sometimes the charging port or a fault on the logic board. First leave the A04 on the cable for half an hour. If it stays dark, we find the cause in the EUR 25 diagnostic check, which is dropped if you go ahead with a repair.

Yes, but only with an appointment: when booking you choose drop-off and get a slot in the 22nd district. There is no open workshop you can simply walk into. For many people pickup in Vienna or the postal route is more convenient anyway.

Yes. You enter address and preferred time when booking, we take the A04 from there and deliver it back after the repair. You see what pickup costs in your zone in the form; it starts at EUR 7.90.

Book online first, then you receive the shipping instructions. The switched-off A04 goes well padded into a sturdy box, and you pay the postage to us. We ship the return insured; the phone is usually back within two to four working days.

Half a year on the replaced part and our work. If the new screen shows dead pixels or the new battery does not charge properly, we fix it at no cost. New drops and liquid damage are excluded.

Yes, for the EUR 99 you get an original Samsung screen. For the battery we use an original battery or a certified replacement battery with the same capacity of 5,000 mAh. Every part is tested before fitting.

It is not necessary, because the storage is left untouched during screen and battery replacement. We still recommend it, as with any older phone. Photos and contacts can be backed up in a few minutes via your Google account.

Replacing the battery at EUR 49 nearly always beats buying new – even the entry-level Galaxy A17 started at EUR 199 RRP in 2025. For the EUR 99 screen, the repair is worth it if the rest is fine and you want to keep your set-up phone. We tell you honestly if it no longer adds up.

Only if the fault is not clear, for example if the A04 shows nothing at all after a drop or several things fail at once. You get findings with a price. If you then go ahead with the repair, we do not charge the diagnostic check.

Switch it off immediately, take out the SIM and memory card and do not charge it. Rice does not help against corrosion. Book an appointment; we open the A04, clean the logic board and then tell you what the repair costs.
