Most commonly on the Galaxy S25 Edge: fine cracks in the glass back, micro splinters at the slim edge. Sometimes the camera lens in the back has broken too - then we replace it as part of the back cover replacement or check the camera sensor separately. Original Samsung back cover, new adhesive seal renewed to IP68 standard. Because of the thin build the replacement takes 30 minutes longer than on the standard S25. 6-month warranty.

After booking we send shipping instructions, and after the replacement the device goes back insured. Diagnostic check 25 EUR (waived on repair), all other costs included in the €149 fixed price.

No. We only work on the housing - mainboard, storage, SIM card and Samsung account are not disconnected. Photos, apps, Wi-Fi passwords and settings stay fully intact. We still recommend a Samsung Cloud backup before any repair (free, 5 minutes via the Samsung account settings).

We fit high-quality OEM back covers that match the original Samsung parts in colour, material and fit. Original service-pack parts are only available through authorised Samsung service centres. For certain special colours of the Galaxy S25 Edge we check in advance whether the spare part is available - standard colours are in stock.

Six months on material and fitting. If the new part comes off the frame in that time or shows manufacturing cracks, we replace it free of charge. Not covered: new drop damage, water damage from improper use or mechanical impact on the new glass. The warranty is valid across Austria.
