The Galaxy S25 Plus back is a material compromise between hardness and weight - a glass back with chemical hardening (Gorilla Glass Victus or similar). The glass withstands everyday scratches, but breaks anyway in impact falls onto edges. Typical triggers: a fall from the trouser pocket onto tiles, an edge on a kerb, pressure from objects sliding around in the car. The replacement is usually faster and cheaper than a new purchase.

Most commonly on the Galaxy S25 Plus: a broken glass back, hairline cracks or a detached adhesive edge. Sometimes the camera lens in the back has broken too - then we replace it as part of the back cover replacement or check the camera sensor separately. Every symptom is recorded exactly in the diagnosis before spare parts are ordered.

For cracks only in the back glass, replacing the back unit including the adhesive frame is usually enough. But if the fall also hit the camera module, the Qi coil or the frame, we check these components in the diagnosis (25 EUR, waived on repair) and give you a clear quote before we work. After professional fitting your Galaxy S25 Plus reaches the same water and dust protection as from the factory - brief immersion up to 1.5 m depth, 30 minutes. Yes. The Qi charging coil of the Galaxy S25 Plus sits right behind the back - during the replacement we reinsert the coil and then check whether charging works at the original speed. If the coil was damaged by the fall, it is replaced separately (cost after diagnosis). Without additional damage, wireless charging is the same after the replacement as before.

The pure working time on the Galaxy S25 Plus is around 60-90 minutes. The total turnaround is 1-2 working days, because the new adhesive frame needs around 30 minutes of curing time before the device can be delivered again. We keep spare parts for the most common Samsung models in stock; for special colours, 1 working day for procurement may be added.

Fixed price €149. The S25 Plus has an Aluminium Armor frame (instead of titanium on the Ultra) — sturdier than standard aluminium, lighter than titanium. During the rear glass replacement, the industrial adhesive is released precisely with a laser cutting unit, and the inductive Qi2 charging coil (15W wireless) is transferred to the new back cover. After booking we send shipping instructions, and after the replacement the device goes back insured. Diagnostic check 25 EUR (waived on repair), all other costs included in the €149 fixed price.

Reparo has no on-site customer access in Vienna. The two options for the Galaxy S25 Plus back cover replacement: pickup service by our courier (within Vienna) or insured send-in service (from anywhere in Austria). Both variants have the same fixed price of €149.

No. We only work on the housing - mainboard, storage, SIM card and Samsung account are not disconnected. Photos, apps, Wi-Fi passwords and settings stay fully intact. We still recommend a Samsung Cloud backup before any repair (free, 5 minutes via the Samsung account settings).

We fit high-quality OEM back covers that match the original Samsung parts in colour, material and fit. Original service-pack parts are only available through authorised Samsung service centres. For certain special colours of the Galaxy S25 Plus we check in advance whether the spare part is available - standard colours are in stock.

Six months on material and fitting. If the new part comes off the frame in that time or shows manufacturing cracks, we replace it free of charge. Not covered: new drop damage, water damage from improper use or mechanical impact on the new glass. The warranty is valid across Austria.
