No. We only work on the housing - mainboard, storage, SIM card and Samsung account are not disconnected. Photos, apps, Wi-Fi passwords and settings stay fully intact. We still recommend a Samsung Cloud backup before any repair (free, 5 minutes via the Samsung account settings).

We fit high-quality OEM back covers that match the original Samsung parts in colour, material and fit. Original service-pack parts are only available through authorised Samsung service centres. For certain special colours of the Galaxy S25 Ultra we check in advance whether the spare part is available - standard colours are in stock.
