The battery replacement costs EUR 79 including installation and materials. We use tested branded cells. A replacement is recommended when the runtime has dropped noticeably or the device shuts down unexpectedly.

We give a 6-month warranty on all repairs and replacement parts. If a fault occurs on the repaired component within this period, we fix it free of charge – provided there is no new external damage.

With standard repairs such as a display or battery replacement, data is usually preserved. We still recommend a backup before sending it in. With water damage or board-level defects, a data backup cannot always be guaranteed.
