Before selling: release your iPad Air 13-inch M4
For the Air to go to its next owner, it must be free of your Apple Account. Make a backup. Then open Settings, tap your name, choose Find My and switch off Find My iPad; the iPad asks for your password to confirm. Then sign out at the very bottom. Finally erase all content and settings under General › Transfer or Reset iPad. Apple describes this on its support page.
