Which OnePlus models do you buy?
We buy the full range: the number series from OnePlus 9 to OnePlus 15, the R and T variants, and the entire Nord, Nord CE and Nord N line-up. In total you will find 32 models to choose from above.
How is the trade-in price for my OnePlus set?
The value shown applies to a device in good condition. Storage size, display condition, battery and completeness all affect the final price. After your OnePlus arrives we inspect it and give you the binding amount.
Do you also buy a broken OnePlus?
Yes. As long as the device is unopened, we buy OnePlus phones with glass breakage, battery or display damage too. Because we repair in-house, the price is higher than at a pure parts recycler.
How am I paid?
Payout runs via PayPal or bank transfer, whichever you prefer. We do not offer cash payouts for online trade-ins.
How long until I get paid?
Once your OnePlus has reached us and been checked, the payment goes out. You can expect the credit within 48 hours after the inspection.
Do I have to erase my data?
Yes, erasing the data is your task before shipping. Sign out of your Google account and reset the device — that way nothing stays locked and your private content never reaches us.
