A flawless Galaxy S22+ is worth up to 155 EUR at Reparo, with 256 GB up to 170 EUR. Normal wear means around 125 EUR, clear scratches around 85 EUR. On the S22+ it is mainly the glass that costs money: front and back are Gorilla Glass, the frame is aluminium, and a drop onto an edge usually cracks the back. An S22+ without a hairline crack in the back glass therefore stays in the upper half of the scale.
Display, back glass, dents in the aluminium frame, battery and storage decide the price.
S22+ damaged? No reason to leave it lying around
Even an S22+ with a broken display, cracked back or weak battery still has value with us, as long as it was never opened. For a faulty device we pay about 30 percent of the top value, so from 45 EUR. We handle the repair ourselves afterwards.
The plus in the S22 series: bigger, longer-lasting
Compared with the Galaxy S22, the S22+ has a 6.6-inch display, a battery with 4,500 instead of 3,700 mAh and charges at up to 45 watts. That makes it much more practical second-hand, so we pay 25 EUR more. Camera and features are otherwise the same. The model above it, the Galaxy S22 Ultra, has an S Pen and zoom camera and brings up to 215 EUR.

You get an insured shipping label by email, the S22+ travels to us by post, and you pay nothing for it. That applies to Tyrol just as it does to Vienna. After the inspection we pay within about 48 hours via PayPal or bank transfer; we do not pay cash. How inspection and return shipping work is in the trade-in terms.
Transfer data, sign out, reset the S22+
Smart Switch moves everything to the new phone by cable or Wi-Fi. Then sign out of the Google and Samsung accounts under Settings › Accounts and backup. Finally reset the S22+ to factory settings under General management and take out the SIM card. Only then can we buy the phone.
