How much is my Nintendo Switch worth?
The Switch 2 brings up to 300 € in like-new condition, the Switch OLED up to 150 €, the regular Switch up to 110 € and the Switch Lite up to 85 €. With signs of use the amounts are lower; faulty, unopened consoles start at 25 € (Lite) up to 120 € (Switch 2).
Within one model four things decide: the condition of the screen, drifting sticks, battery life and whether dock, power adapter and both Joy-Cons are included. For the Lite the charging cable is enough. As of September 2026.
Faulty Switch? We still buy it
A stick that pulls in one direction on its own, a touchscreen that does not respond, or a Switch that no longer charges in the dock: these are the classics, and we fix them in our Vienna workshop ourselves. As long as nobody has opened the console before, you get a price for a faulty Switch too.
Before shipping: reset your Switch
Back up your saves with Nintendo Switch Online or transfer them to your new console. Unlink the Switch under HOME Menu › Virtual Game Cards › Settings and reset it fully under System Settings › System › Formatting Options. Take out the microSD card and game cards, we do not buy them.

Which Nintendo consoles does Reparo buy?
All four Switch models: Switch 2, Switch OLED, Switch and Switch Lite. Older Nintendo consoles such as Wii, Wii U or 3DS have no trade-in price with us.
Which Switch gets the most money when I sell it?
The Switch 2, with up to 300 € in like-new condition. It is followed by the OLED at 150 €, the regular Switch at 110 € and the Switch Lite at 85 €.
How much is a Nintendo Switch worth second-hand, model by model?
It depends on the model: a well-kept Switch OLED brings 120 € with us, a regular Switch with signs of use 85 €, a well-kept Lite 65 €. The values for every grade are on the model page.
Do you buy a Nintendo Switch with Joy-Con drift?
Yes. Drift is the most common flaw on the Switch and no reason to refuse. On the OLED and the Switch the price is then 85 and 55 € respectively; we replace the sticks ourselves.
Do you also buy a Nintendo Wii, Wii U or 3DS?
We have no trade-in price for them; the calculator only covers the Switch family. Older Nintendo devices are mainly of interest to collectors, where you usually get more than from a workshop.
What do I get for a broken Nintendo Switch?
For a faulty, never-opened Switch 2 we pay from 120 €, for an OLED from 50 €, for a Switch from 35 € and for a Lite from 25 €. The calculator shows the exact amount once you state the fault.
Do I have to send the dock and both Joy-Cons?
The full set of dock, power adapter and both Joy-Cons gets the highest price. If a part is missing, we still buy the Switch and deduct the replacement. For the Lite the USB-C charging cable is enough.
How do I remove my Nintendo Account from the Switch?
Unlink the console under HOME Menu › Virtual Game Cards › Settings. Then reset it under System Settings › System › Formatting Options. We cannot buy a Switch with an account still linked.
Do you buy Switch games or memory cards too?
No, we only buy the console with its accessories. Take game cards and the microSD card out before shipping; your data is on them too.
Can I send my Nintendo console from anywhere in Austria for free?
Yes. The insured label is free throughout Austria, whether you live in Graz, Linz, Salzburg or Innsbruck. The price is the same everywhere.
What does return shipping cost if I want my Nintendo console back after the inspection?
If you decline our inspected offer, we charge 10 € for return shipping by post. If the price differs from the estimate, we explain it beforehand.
How and when do I get the money for my Nintendo console?
Around 48 hours after the inspection by bank transfer or PayPal. We do not pay cash, and the price only becomes binding with the inspection.
Where can I sell a Nintendo Switch in Vienna?
Privately, at MediaMarkt or to a buyer like us. MediaMarkt buys game consoles but, according to its trade-in page, pays only as a gift card, and GameStop closed its Austrian stores in early 2023. With us you get money by bank transfer or PayPal, even for a faulty Switch.
What should I keep in mind when selling my Nintendo Switch?
Back up your saves, deregister the console in the eShop and reset it fully. Then gather dock, power adapter and Joy-Cons and take out game cards and the microSD card. Honest details on drift and battery spare you deductions after the inspection.
Will I lose my digital games if I sell my Switch?
No. Purchased games belong to your Nintendo Account and can be downloaded again on your next Switch. Many Switch games also run on the Switch 2.
