Removing the Series S from your Microsoft account
The Xbox syncs your saves to the cloud automatically. Remove the home setting under Settings › General › Personalisation › My home Xbox and reset the console under Settings › System › Console info › Reset console with “Reset and remove everything”. Only then are your account and payment details gone.

Why does the Series S bring less than the Series X?
Because it has no disc drive, less power for 4K and smaller storage. Like new we pay 130 € for the Series S and 250 € for the Xbox Series X.
How much do discolouration and scratches lower the price of the white Series S?
Light marks keep the Series S at 105 €. Clear scratches, yellowed white or stains that do not come off put it at 75 €. Wipe it with a damp cloth before taking photos.
Do you buy a Series S with no picture?
Yes, unopened from 40 €. No picture can come from the HDMI port, the cable or the software. Test another HDMI cable and another input on your TV first.
What do you pay for a loud or overheating Series S?
A loud fan costs a small deduction in the calculator. If the Series S shuts down, also select overheating. Unopened, we buy it even then.
Do I need the controller to sell my Series S?
No, but without a controller the calculator deducts a noticeable amount. A second working controller adds a bonus. A drifting controller is accepted but costs a little.
Does the original packaging of the Series S bring more money?
A little, box and original cables add a small bonus in the calculator. It is not required.
Can I send my Series S for free from Carinthia or Styria?
Yes, the insured label is free throughout Austria. You drop the Series S at the post office in Klagenfurt, Graz or any other town and get the same price as in Vienna.
Who pays for return shipping if I reject the price for the Series S?
You pay 10 € for return shipping if you decline the inspected offer. Otherwise there are no costs for you.
How do I reset the Xbox Series S for selling?
Remove the home Xbox setting under Personalisation, then choose “Reset and remove everything” under System › Console info › Reset console. We cannot buy a console with a Microsoft account on it.
When do I get the money for the Series S?
Around 48 hours after the inspection by bank transfer or PayPal. There is no cash.
