The standard A51 is the 4G variant with Exynos 9611, in-display sensor and 15W charging. The parts are not interchangeable between them.

The battery swap on the Galaxy A51 costs EUR 59. We use compatible 4000 mAh replacement batteries and fully test the charging function and capacity after installation.

No. The Galaxy A51 has no official water-resistance certification. On contact with liquid, switch it off immediately, do not charge it and contact us. Water damage treatment from EUR 49.

The full fault analysis costs EUR 25 — waived when you order the repair. It is worthwhile for unclear faults, after a fall or when the device no longer switches on.

Yes, but only with a booked appointment in the 22nd district – without one nobody is on site, because Reparo does not run an open workshop. More convenient are the pickup service in Vienna or sending it in by post; everything is booked online.

Yes, 6 months on part and labour. Should the new display show a pixel fault or the new battery fade unusually fast, we replace it free of charge. Excluded are new drop or water damages after the repair.

No. Neither a display nor a battery swap accesses the storage of the A51 – photos, WhatsApp chats and apps stay. A backup is still worthwhile before every repair, particularly if the device got wet and the board could suffer.

Switch it off, do not charge it, do not put it in rice and get it to us quickly. The A51 has no IP certification, so water quickly reaches the board; the water damage treatment from EUR 49 covers opening, cleaning and testing. The shorter the time until cleaning, the better the chance of rescue.

Display or battery swaps are usually finished 1–2 working days after arrival. With water damage we need 3–5 working days, because the A51 has to dry after cleaning and run through an endurance test. Before every repair you receive a cost estimate.
