Do you buy a PS5 Pro that no longer outputs a picture?
Yes, from 145 €, as long as the console is unopened. A black screen can come from the HDMI port, the cable or the software. Try another HDMI cable first, it might save you the deduction.
What do I get for a PS5 Pro with a loud fan?
A loud fan is usually dust and only costs a small deduction in the calculator. If the PS5 Pro also shuts down, select overheating too. Do not open the console yourself, an opened Pro brings less.
Is the PS5 Pro worth twice as much as the regular PS5?

Do I get less for a PS5 Pro without the DualSense?
Yes, without a controller the calculator deducts a noticeable amount. A second working DualSense adds a bonus instead. Stick drift costs less than a missing controller.
Do I have to ship the PS5 Pro in its original box?
No, but it pays off: box and original cables add a small bonus in the calculator, and the console arrives more safely. Without the box, pad it well on all sides.
Can I send my PS5 Pro for free from Styria or Upper Austria?
Yes, the insured label is free throughout Austria. You take the PS5 Pro to the post office in Graz, Linz or anywhere else and get the same price as in Vienna.
What happens if the inspected price for my PS5 Pro is too low for me?
Then we send the PS5 Pro back and charge 10 € for return shipping. Beforehand we explain why the price differs from the estimate. If you accept, you pay nothing.
How do I remove my PlayStation account from the PS5 Pro?
Switch off Console Sharing and Offline Play under Settings › Users and Accounts › Other. Then reset the PS5 Pro fully under System › System Software › Reset Options. We do not buy a console with an active account.
How fast do you pay for a PS5 Pro?

Trade in a PS5 Pro at MediaMarkt or sell it to Reparo?
MediaMarkt buys game consoles but, according to its trade-in page, pays only with a gift card. That works if you want to buy something there anyway. If you want money in your account for the PS5 Pro, sell it to us.
Can I trade in my PS5 towards a PS5 Pro with you?
We do not sell consoles, so there is no trade-in towards a new one. What you can do for the upgrade: sell your PS5 to us for up to 200 € in money and put that value towards a PS5 Pro wherever you buy it.
Do you buy PS5 Pro accessories like the PlayStation Portal or VR2?
No, we only buy the PS5 Pro with controller and cables. PlayStation Portal, PS VR2 and headsets are not part of the trade-in. Only send what belongs to the console.
