The binding figure comes after the €25 diagnostic check, which is deducted in full if you go ahead. Two things move that figure: the screen size and whether the panel is touch. Written estimates, the repair report and the invoice all come in English, and the person you spoke to on the phone stays on the job, so nothing has to be explained twice.

Six months on the part and on the work, for every brand. If the same fault reappears in that window without a new impact, we deal with it at no cost to you. Cover applies to the part and to the labour equally, so a badly seated panel is as much our problem as a faulty one. Keep the invoice — the serial number on it is the only proof needed.

Book a window that suits you and hand the charger over with the machine — on a laptop that will not start, the power supply is the first thing we test.

Shut it down, wrap it in bubble wrap, use a firm box with five centimetres of padding all round and add a note with your details and the symptom. Standard post is fine, you do not need a courier service. Photograph the packed box before you seal it; that settles any question about transport damage later.

Yes, once a slot is booked. There is no open shop with opening hours; handovers happen in the 22nd district at fixed times, and you get the address with your confirmation. Allow about ten minutes: we log the machine, note the fault and give you a receipt with the job number. Nothing is left standing at a counter unattended.
