Samsung Galaxy A36 5G Repair Vienna

The original display costs EUR 149, the certified aftermarket display EUR 129. The A36 5G has a side fingerprint sensor in the power button – both variants are compatible for unlocking without restriction. Gorilla Glass 5 and the IP67 seal are renewed.

Yes, especially so. As a current model the A36 5G has long software support and a high residual value. A screen repair from EUR 129 is clearly the cheaper choice compared with buying new and extends the useful life considerably.

Yes, after booking an appointment in the 22nd district; without a booked appointment nobody is on site. Otherwise you send your Galaxy A36 5G in insured by post or we collect it directly via the pickup service in Vienna.

We renew all relevant sealing materials after every job. An official IP67 certification cannot be issued, but we take every measure to restore the water seal as well as possible.

The Exynos 1580 (4nm) in the A36 5G is a clear upgrade over the Exynos 1380 (5nm) in the A35 5G: faster CPU cores, better GPU performance and more efficient power consumption. In everyday use the A36 5G feels snappier, especially in camera apps and multitasking.

A screen or battery swap usually takes 1–2 days after arrival. For water damage or logic-board problems 3–5 working days. Confirmation of receipt and cost estimate by email before the repair starts.

The battery swap costs EUR 79. Opening the IP67 housing requires special effort when replacing the seals, so that the water protection is restored as well as possible afterwards. Included is a certified 5000 mAh battery with 45W compatibility.

With a screen or battery swap no data loss is expected. With severe water damage a loss cannot be ruled out. A backup before sending in is recommended.

The diagnosis (25 EUR – waived on repair) checks: display, battery capacity, charging function, all cameras, microphone, speaker, fingerprint sensor, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC and 5G mobile network. A written report with a cost estimate is included.

Yes, a 6-month warranty on all repairs and spare parts. The warranty covers material and workmanship defects. Damage from another drop or moisture after the repair is excluded.

The A36 5G (2025) has the more powerful Exynos 1580 (4nm) instead of the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 (A34 5G), a larger 6.7-inch display (A34: 6.6 inch) and faster 45W charging (A34: 25W). Spare parts of the two models are not compatible.

Switch it off immediately and stop charging. IP67 protects against fresh water down to 1 m / 30 minutes – salt water, shower pressure or aged seals can overcome the protection. Commission a diagnosis (25 EUR, waived on repair), the faster the better.

After the online booking you choose a time slot, our courier collects the A36 5G at your Vienna address and brings it back to you after the repair. The pickup price depends on the zone and is shown to you before booking. You do not have to pack anything or drive anywhere.

Yes, send-ins come from all federal provinces. You book online, pack the A36 5G with padding and send it insured to Vienna. After the repair it goes back insured – for a screen or battery swap usually within a few working days.

The original panel for EUR 149 offers the full 120 Hz, the factory brightness and exactly the factory colours. The certified aftermarket panel from EUR 129 is also an AMOLED panel, hardly distinguishable in everyday use, but a little more restrained in peak brightness. The fingerprint sensor works with both variants.
