The Galaxy S25 Ultra sits at the top of Samsung's flagship line-up. With a built-in S Pen, a 6.9-inch AMOLED display, titanium frame and a 200-megapixel main camera, it is the most technically demanding model in the series. This premium specification makes repairs more challenging – and more expensive – than on the other S25 models.
Display with S Pen layer: precision is decisive during the swap
The S25 Ultra's display integrates a special layer for the S Pen – next to the AMOLED panel sits a digitiser that responds to the stylus. During a screen swap this layer has to be aligned correctly so the S Pen function is fully preserved after the repair. The original Samsung display costs EUR 329, a tested aftermarket panel EUR 269. Both versions are tested by us for S Pen response and touch function.
Back glass: premium material, careful disassembly
The Ultra's back is firmly glued and made from high-quality materials. The swap costs EUR 109 – more than on the S25 or S25 Plus – because the disassembly takes more effort and the S Pen guide rail on the inside has to be taken into account. After fitting, the back is fully resealed.
S Pen and cleaning
The S Pen slot collects dust and dirt in everyday use. Anyone who notices that the S Pen no longer clicks in cleanly or that detection is fading should consider a cleaning (EUR 29). More serious defects to the S Pen mechanism or the digitiser are clarified by us with a diagnosis.

Yes. Customers from all over Austria send their device in. We discuss the defect in advance so you can pack the device optimally. After the repair you receive it back insured. We are happy to clarify the details on the first call.
What if my S25 Ultra no longer turns on after a fall?
That can be down to a faulty display, a weakened battery or a board defect. We first carry out a diagnosis (EUR 25, waived if you commission the work) and inform you of the findings before anything is repaired.
How long does the repair of an S25 Ultra take?
